Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, be accepted, and have it in the mail.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unworn, unused, free of cosmetic stains, unwashed, and with tags still attached. If the items are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to buyer at their cost.. Items will be eligible for return for store credit (upon approval) if they are returned to The Branded Spur Boutique within 7 days of you receiving the item(s). That is the delivery date of the item(s) provided by its tracking number on the order (Example: If received on the 2nd it needs to be in the mail by the 9th).
To start a return, you can contact us at thebrandedspurboutique@gmail.com. Please explain why you need to return the item(s) in an email titled RETURN REQUEST and YOUR NAME. If your return is accepted, you, as the buyer, are responsible for the shipping cost. All returns that meet the criteria are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, we don't do exchanges.
If you are returning shoes, the shoe box may not be used as the sole shipping container; the box must be placed in another box or poly mailer as the shoe box is considered a part of the product. If your item is returned to us for any of the following reasons: (insufficient address, unable to forward, incorrect address, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or otherwise undeliverable) the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within two days of you receiving the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as sale items, jewelry, hats, item(s) marked down 15% or more, or holiday item(s); these are considered a final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We DO NOT do exchanges. There are no exceptions to this. Meaning, If the item(s) you’re wanting to exchange for is in stock when you ship back your return that will not guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive the returned item(s) and your store credit is issued.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To insure that orders are shipped fast & no order errors we DO NOT cancel orders.
No canceling orders for discount codes to be used for a new order. Any discount code MUST be entered in BEFORE placing the order, no exceptions. It is on you, as the buyer, to make sure that you add the discount code that you would like to use.
Check and Double Check Your Address
We cannot change the address once an order is complete. If the package is sent back it'll be at buyer cost to ship again & all other cost incurred due to wrong address ,if new shipping is not paid within 20 days item will go back in stock and credit will be applied to buyers account. We cannot guarantee returns/refused items will be returned to us at this time. We are not responsible for lost items.
